We were delighted to be able to showcase our premium Bianchetto Truffles in Tokyo, Japan, where a reception dinner was held at the NZ Embassy. This is the first time that truffles were traded between Japan and New Zealand to present the cuisine to Japanese chefs. The New Zealand Ambassador and Minister were very supportive of this project.
